Petticoat has an elastic with a button that can be moved for different lengths on how the petticoat hangs.(See Photo)
Buyer take note:  There is a small yellowish stain on the front of the skirt.  (See photo with the penny in it.) The armpits show a slight discoloration, not overtly noticeable.
Buyer also take note:  The elastic waist band still has stretch in it, but I'm pretty sure not as much when it was first made. Also, there is no real size on the garments.  The tag on the skirt says 25/27. Check the measurements listed below.
