Hi pre owned ,  Vibrant Color - Green with white lace on the neck line and sleeves , The skirt has elastic waist line and also is decorated with white lace and green ribbon all around the hemline , simple design with beauty sewn in . has a gathered neckline with an  adjustable tie string . Size appx 2X  , two piece dancing dress  includes blouse skirt , ploy cotton mix . measurements laying flat  shoulders up to 20 inches , Underarm bustline 21 inches laying flat . waist on skirt 15 inches will stretch to 18 / 19 inches , length of skirt is 22 inches . Elastic in waist of skirt is excellent shape , the elastic in the sleeves of the blouse is weak but still looks good when put on , it looks like open sleeves .
