Turquoise/white polka dot/ruffled skirt/top,SM-made for clogging/square dancing

This listing is for a woman's two-piece outfit for square dancing - maybe even as a Halloween costume.  I wore it for a clogging number in a dance recital for just an hour in Saudi Arabia, no less.  The skirt is a near circle turquoise with white polka dots with waist and gathered hem of white with turquoise polka dots.  On the back of the waist is a large long bow.  The top is of the same turquoise fabric with gathered white collar.  I think the fabric is a polyester blend.
Because it was handmade (not by me, but by an American), I don't know the exact size, but I think it is small.  The fabric was brought in to Saudi, but I'm not sure where it was made.  The stiffened waistband is 2" wide and measures 26" with about 2" extra with sewn in elastic (photo 6). The hooks and eyes could be moved for another inch.  Then you could tack the bow in a different place.  The length of the skirt is 28" including the 6" gathered ruffle.  The top is 37" around at the armpits and is 19" long from the center of the front neck to the bottom of the hem and 20" long from the center of the back neck to the bottom of the hem.  The white fabric with turquoise polka dotted collar is 3" wide.  Email any questions you may have.
