    Vintage Unbranded Barbell Outer Collars - Pair - Working Screws
    Check out the photos, as I tried to make them as sharp as possible.  The holes are 1".  The collars have no rust on them, but are worn from years of use.  They have no brand mark on them, but someone who is familiar with these collectibles might know.
