    Vintage, fluffy, black, crinoline slip - for square dancing or any dress you want to puff out a little !  Nicely made - hemmed in black satin.   Belle Pogue - size small.
    I did just hand wash - so it is fresh/clean.
    3 tiers /lined.  has elastic waist.
    No tears, no holes.  good stitching.  In very nice condition overall - SEE PHOTOS
