It is green with a floral print and pale pink and white trim (white is eyelet)- it has an unattached belt with hook and look closure
The dress is vintage
Size 2 is a guess, tag says size 6- but that's a vintage size- see measurements below (guessing an 2 because of small waist size)
Measurements (laying flat):
Bust: 18" (armpit to armpit- x 2= 36" bust)
Waist: 13.5" ( x 2=27" waist)
Back- shoulder to bottom: 40"
