    Vintage Light Pink Lace Square Dancing Petticoat Skirt Ruffles. No size tag.
    Two layers of ruffles, with a thin liner underneath for comfort ( less scratchy). Made of net material.
    Length 21”.
    Elastic of waist is 2” wide.
    Waist 15” laying flat.
    Waist 19” stretched.
    I would say the elastic of the waist has lost it’s stretchability due to age.
    You can have elastic replaced or sewn over to accommodate your size.
