Condition: Estate Item: This is a beautiful Vintage square dress, and a Fancy Frills Slip. Marked a small on the skirt... This dress is from the 90's, but has never been worn. I removed the tags to wash it in cold water, before I listed it. As I was listing , I noticed a torn spot at the base of the skirt ... (shown in Photo's. provided) The waistband is elastic on the slip and the skirt. It also has an additional black cloth belt . This is a beautiful dress with Brilliant beautiful colors.....The petticoat is also very nice. It zips up the side.
